Our service in this project has gone beyond traditional Project Management, and we can say that we have been comprehensive managers, accompanying and advising the property in the phases and decisions of the project: from the analysis of the architectural project, the tendering of the construction work, the supervision of the execution, to the coordination with the tenant's technical department for their implementation.
The methodology implemented in this project was an OpenBook, which has resulted in significant cost savings in the execution.
The project was designed by BiR and executed by OHLA, resulting in a building with LEED GOLD sustainability certification and meeting the requirements of its tenant: AMAZON.
